Mock Phishing Project
Purpose
To educate employees on how to recognize phishing emails, analyze and identify the demographic most susceptible to fall for phishing in order to plan more targeted training in the future.

Process
- Research phishing in depth, as well as the tools to be used.
- Create phishing scenarios targeted specifically towards BAE Systems’ employees.
- Deploy Scenarios using online tool
- Collect results and demographic information about target group
- Record percent of target group that fell for mock phishing email by clicking on the link and/or attachment
- Analyse results and determine characteristics of those employees most vulnerable to a phishing attack
- Brainstorm and present ideas for improvement of training program based on results
