Wireless Technologies

This form of network communication is the most interesting to me – the signals are completely invisible once emitted out of the antenna, yet the technology is becoming more sophisticated, accounting for more and more traffic within the 2.4 GHz spectrum, and expanding into the newer 5GHz spectrum.

I took a course in these 802.11 technologies in the Spring semester of 2010 at Syracuse University’s ischool, where I had the pleasure to study with professor Dave Molta. It is him you must thank for forcing the class to outline the 800-some page CWNA study guide visible here
